I am Nishcal Rai, contesting for Ilam-1 in the Federal Parliament. Having walked every village-from Sandakpur to Mai-I have seen both the challenges and possibilities in our farms, tea gardens, milk sector, tourism, education, small businesses and so on. I am committed and eager to transform these possibilities into real opportunities, creating economies, and building a livable, sustainable Ilam.
